Abstract

Запропоновано формальний метод опису структури робіт по реалізації програми розвитку підприємства. Надано метод оцінки характеристик структури робіт в ймовірнісній і нечіткій постановці. Він дозволяє проводити більш ефективне планування програми розвитку підприємства в умовах невизначеності. Важливе значення також має здібність програми розвитку діяти в ринкових умовах з урахуванням жорсткої конкуренції. В цій ситуації не тільки важливо, але й необхідно проводити ретельне дослідження основних напрямків та можливостей ймовірних конкурентів. Для цього дуже важливо оцінювати можливі перспективи розвитку найбільш успішних вітчизняних та закордонних підприємств. A formal method of describing the structure of implementation of the enterprise development program is proposed. The method of evaluating the characteristics of the structure of work in a probabilistic and fuzzy environment is given. It allows for more effective planning of the enterprise development program in uncertain conditions. Also important is the ability of the development program to operate in market conditions, taking into account fierce competition. In such a situation, not only is it important, but it is also necessary to conduct thorough study of the main areas and capabilities of potential competitors. It is very important for this purpose to evaluate the possible prospects for the development of the most successful national and foreign enterprises.
