ЧИННИКИ ВПЛИВУ НА РОЗВИТОК ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract

У статті проведене дослідження макроекономічного становища, в якому відбувається розвиток трудового та інтелектуального потенціалу вітчизняних підприємств. Здійснено аналіз стану розвитку інтелектуального та кадрового потенціалу великого підприємства. Визначено чинники, що впливають на розвиток інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств. Обґрунтована доцільність формування інтегрального показника оцінки рівня розвитку інтелектуального потенціалу та його впливу на загальну результативність діяльності підприємства. Article purpose is definition of factors which influence formation and development of a intelligence potential of the enterprise. In article research of macroeconomic position in which there is a development labour and a intelligence potential of the domestic enterprises is moved. It is established that macroeconomic factors and efforts of the state and the enterprises influence intelligence potential development, than efforts of the population more essentially. The analysis of a condition of development of intellectual and personnel potential of the large enterprise is carried out. It is defined that the motivational environment is concentrated mainly to stimulation of increase of productivity, than intelligence potential development. Factors which influence development of intelligence potential of the enterprises are defined. The expediency of formation of an integrated indicator of an estimation of a level of development of intelligence potential and its influence on the general productivity of activity of the enterprise is proved. The structure of an integrated indicator of an estimation level is offered intelligence potential development. In the further researches formation of scientifically-methodical approaches to an estimation of a level of development of a intelligence potential and a scale of an estimation of the received results in interrelation with the general financial productivity of activity of the enterprises is planned.
